- A monitoring contract uses an alarm receiving centre ,where you will either pay monthly or annually to call the police if the alarm goes off.
If you have a dog of 35 kg and has a free roam of your property this pet would not set off the system, sometimes its a good design is a camera PIR with a delay of up to 20 minutes .
This will send an image to your smart device, and you can disarm the alarm if you see it has been your pet that has activated the intruder alarm.
